ALPHA was re-established as GE's new NPL platform in Thailand along with the Ratanarak Group, a prominent local family as its Thai Partners

ALPHA was 100% acquired by SSG, an alternative asset management firm from Hong Kong

ALPHA enter into the service agreement with WAMC to assist the company in sourcing and managing the NPL portfolios
ALPHA assists WAMC to acquire a total NPL portfolio with the OPB of THB 8.5 bn

SSG established a strategic partnership with 9 Basil, a local investment firm who came in as 49% shareholder, while SSG maintained 51% stake in ALPHA

SSG and 9 Basil together acquire 100% ownership in WAMC
