The group company has expertise and experience in non-performing asset management business for more than 20 years. Currently ACPG holds 100% of shares in Alpha Capital Asset Management Co., Ltd. ("ALPHA") and Wireless Asset Management Co., Ltd. ("WAMC").

Wireless Asset Management

In 2021, PIM and 9 Basil acquired Wireless Asset Management Company Limited (“WAMC”) from the existing shareholders and owned the shares in WAMC approximately 51 percent and 49 percent, respectively. In 2022, WAMC has became subsidiary of ACPG through group restructuring
